This could be a pre-recorded, virtual or face-to-face interview. There may also be multiple interviews depending on the role you have applied for. Check for spelling mistakes, poor grammar, date conflicts or incorrect contact details. You can do this by looking at the job description. Use these to prepare answers to interview questions. A useful tool to help you provide structured and concise answers to competency-based questions is the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Do your research on Phillips 66. This will help you decide if Phillips 66 is a company you would like to work for and help you prepare for any questions that may come up in the interview.
