HSE Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Phillips 66 Specialty Solvents facilities use Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to ensure the reliability of operations and continued improvement. Training, processes, and procedures documentation are maintained online and audited. Technicians, operators, and maintenance personnel are regularly certified. Our laboratories maintain a Statistical Process Control (SPC) program and we track testing data in a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Intermediate streams and finished products are checked for compliance with our specifications, and off-spec material is flagged to ensure quality product for our customers. Each Certificate of Analysis (COA) is tracked electronically.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
