Personal trainers are able to create specialized programs based on participant goals. All trainers are knowledgeable in safe exercise practices, effective design, and can help keep you on track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All trainers&nbsp;possess&nbsp;accredited personal training and CPR\/AED\/First Aid certifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only personal trainers&nbsp;contracted with EXOS can be used in the Wellness&nbsp;Center. A Personal Exercise Program (PEP) appointment is an opportunity for members to meet one-on-one with a Wellness Center staff member to create a personalized workout using specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely goals.&nbsp; Together you will discuss your goals and walk through a customized workout that is tailored to meet your goals. Below are some&nbsp;of the Wellness Center&#8217;s trainers specializing in programming. Contact a PEP trainer to get you started today!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Virtual PEP&nbsp;Trainers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Olukayode Ojo (Kay Kay)&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:Olukayode.Ojo@contractor.p66.com\">Email<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kay Kay has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a slight background in athletic training. He has previous experience working with a variety of different populations. He has worked as a strength and conditioning intern where he helped athletes improve their abilities. He worked with patients who have a history of cancer and other debilitating diseases and helped improve their quality of life. His overall goal is to help you be comfortable with exercise, but also help you surpass your fitness goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In-Person Personal Trainers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cesar Carrillo, NASM-CPT&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:cesar.carrillo@contractor.p66.com\">Email<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cesar Carrillo has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer. His past experiences include coaching youth, general population, and athletes from all ages. Cesar\u2019s training specialty consists of strength training, sports-specific training, powerlifting and general fitness. He is currently working towards his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy with a purpose of re-educating people on pain science, plus coupling rehab and weightlifting in a sports therapeutic setting. Cesar\u2019s goal is to establish positive and realistic relationships with exercise and provide guidance in achieving your fitness goals.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Josh Irwin<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>XFS, XPS<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:Joshua.Irwin@contractor.p66.com\">Email<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Josh has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. He has the ability to adapt his training style to fit the needs of a variety of clients and motivate you to strive for improvements. His goal is to create a methodical training program to help reach your goals, become more mobile, and build the habit of regular activity into your life whether you\u2019re new to the gym or a regular patron.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Krystel Velez-Martinez<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>ACE-CPT<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:krystel.velezmartinez@contractor.p66.com\">Email<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krystel is a certified personal trainer and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Houston. She is currently working towards earning her master\u2019s degree in Sports and Fitness Administration. She has previously worked with athletes from various backgrounds, ranging from student athletes to Spartan race training. Her goal is to inspire people to be the best and healthiest version of themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Austin Lewis,&nbsp;ISSA-CPT, ISSA Nutrition<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:Austin.Lewis@contractor.p66.com\">Email<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Austin has a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor concentration in Coaching from Georgia Southern University. His past experiences include 10 + years in the fitness industry as trainer, group fitness instructor, and in administration along with 3 years as a First Responder in the City of Savannah GA. Austin has worked with a variety of clientele; from young student athletes, aspiring first responders, and general population. He specializes in compound lifts, dynamic flow sequences, and speed &amp; agility.
