Employees of Phillips 66 and their eligible dependents have the option of signing up and becoming members of the Phillips 66 Houston Wellness Center. To join, eligible members and their dependents who are 18 years and older need to complete a facility safety orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employee Membership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Eligible Phillips 66 employees interested in enrolling for a Wellness Center membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retiree Membership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Eligible Phillips 66 retirees interested in enrolling for Wellness Center membership may contact Fitness Services at FitnessServices@p66.com<\/a> to have their eligibility verified.  Once verified, a visitor registration appointment will be scheduled to gain access to the headquarters building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guest Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Non-employee guests are not allowed in the Houston Wellness Center. Exceptions to the no guest policy must be approved and will be limited to visitors of the Phillips 66 Headquarters offices. No guest fees will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Facility Safety Orientations and Enrollment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you are not a member of the Houston Wellness Center, now is the time to activate your membership! Fitness Services has an informative 8-minute facility safety orientation video available to view. Employees may view the video on My HR Tools after logging into Learning Management and searching Houston Wellness Center. View, print and bring the completion certificate with you to the Wellness Center to complete enrollment. Retirees and dependents may visit the Wellness Center to view the video and complete enrollment.

Membership and facility access will not be activated until the facility orientation and Phillips 66 “Release of Liability” waiver is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
